The 'Lighting Jockey' is an utility application (the "app") for Android device which
listens to the music around you through the microphone and turns the whole screen into a party light that reacts to the beat in real time.
'Designer J' ("us", "we", or "our") is a developer of this application and operating.

The purpose of use of sensitive permissions
- This app uses one sensitive permission: RECORD_AUDIO (microphone).
- The permission is used for a single purpose: to measure the loudness, the frequency
balance and the beat of the sound around the device, so that the screen can change
its color and brightness in time with the music.
- The audio is analyzed in real time on your device and is discarded immediately.
The app never records, never saves and never transmits any audio. No sound is written
to storage at any moment.
- The app does not attempt to recognize speech, words, voices or any content of the
sound. It only measures how loud and how bright the sound is.
- The microphone is opened only while the light screen is in the foreground, and it is
released as soon as the app goes to the background.
- The app has no INTERNET permission at all, so it is technically incapable of sending
anything to us or to anyone else.
The detail of user information collected
- This app never collects any user information identifying user.
- The app stores only two settings on your own device: the light mode you used last,
and whether the how-to-use screen has been shown. They contain no personal
information and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
- The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third party tracking library.
The policy of using user information
- This app doesn't use user information.
